• AHG-Phase IIB - Waterfront level at the Esplanade
  Opened on 12/19/2023 and connects southbound with the East Midtown Greenway.
• AHG-Phase III – Waterfront Level of the former sanitation building
  Complete build-out of interior space at waterfront level is expected to open in 2029, provided funds become available.

East Midtown Greenway
The Greenway runs from 54th to 60th streets on caissons out in the river and is now open.
